2. Changes and Cancellations. Changes can be made via email to sales@LawFirms411.Com. LawFirms411.Com will NOT REFUND its customers for any Cancellations. Once a Customer has selected a Key Word(s) or Phrase(s) and LawFirms411.Com has Posted their Law Firm Web Site and Key Word(s) or Phrase(s) there will be no changes allowed except a URL change only if a Law Firm loses the first site. LawFirms411.Com RESERVES the right to not accept certain key words phrases or certain customers at their discretion. LawFirms411.Com reserves the right to change any of its advertising specifications at any time including pricing without any warning to its advertisers.

3. KEYWORD(s) or PHRASE(s)  LawFirms411.Com Gives  the Attorney or Law Firm 10 Key Words or Phrases with YOUR PAID Listing of $500.00 for 1 Year. After 10 Key Words or Phrases with your PAID LISTING, the Attorney or Law Firm agrees to pay LawFirms411.Com $10.00 extra per key word or phrases. LawFirms411.Com DOES NOT OFFER ANY FREE LISTINGS WHATSOEVER, we charge a fee of $500.00 for your listing with up to 10 key words or phrases, unless we have specials.

4. Listings. LawFirms411.Com posts the listings on first come first serve basis. Your listing will appear after receipt of your payment and Order Form that the Attorney or Law Firm filled out on LawFirms411.Com. LawFirms411.Com will not process any orders sent by email. All orders must be submitted through our Order Form through LawFirms411.Com. All listings from Attorneys or Law Firms will appear on a first come first serve basis on the search when a client searches for an Attorney or Law Firm.

5. Payment. LawFirms411.Com accepts payment via PayPal to sales@LawFirms411.Com .Your Law Firm Listing will only be posted after payment is received first. If Payment is NOT RECEIVED then LawFirms411.Com reserves the right to take all legal actions necessary to retrieve the outstanding accounts owing to LawFirms411.Com including all court fees and attorney fees. (Note: Late Payments. If payment is not received within 48 Hours LawFirms411.Com also reserves the right to charge $5.00 extra per day for Late Payments until paid. This LATE FEE Includes ... weekends and Holidays.)

6. Refunds. LawFirms411.Com will NOT refund a customer for any reason whatsoever. Once the Attorneys or Law Firm's Web Site has been accepted, approved and posted on LawFirms411.Com there will be absolutely NO REFUNDS issued.

6(b). Harassing Emails. LawFirms411.Com staff, administrator, or employees will NOT tolerate any Harassing, threatening, intimidation and abusive emails from customers or visitors at any time. If you can not be nice in your emails then we reserve the right to charge you or your Law Firm $100.00 per abusive, threatening or intimidation emails. LawFirms411.Com has a firm policy against any abuse from customers. Our staff is 100% polite so please treat our staff and employees with respect and kindness at all times. LawFirms411.Com staff is always polite to nice and polite customers.

7. Rejections. LawFirms411.Com reserves the right, without liability, to reject, omit or exclude any advertisement or to reject or terminate any links, key Word(s), Phrase(s),  buttons, boxes or banners for any reason at any time, with or without notice to the advertiser/agency, and whether or not such advertisement, link, button, box or banner was previously acknowledged, accepted, or published.

8. DATABASE. LawFirms411.Com Search Engine has a database which it uses for its customers and visitors. Visitors access the data base on LawFirms411.Com Search Engine and when they type in the Exclusive Key Word it directs them to our customer's web site. This LawFirms411.Com Search Engine is for visitors to find an Attorney or Lawyer not for other competitors stealing our Database. If you are caught stealing our database we will prosecute you to the fullest length of the Law. We record all traffic. 

9. Licenses and Indemnification. Advertiser/agency grants LawFirms411.Com the right to use, reproduce, publicly display and distribute advertiser's advertisements and collateral information and warrants that advertiser/agency has the right to grant such license. Advertiser/Agency represents that the advertiser is the owner or is licensed to use the entire contents and subject matter contained in its advertisements and collateral information, including, without limitation, (a) the names and/or pictures of persons; (b) any copyrighted material, trademarks, service marks, logos, and/or depictions of trademarked or service marked goods or services; and (c) any testimonials or endorsements contained in any advertisement submitted to LawFirms411.Com. In addition, advertiser/agency represents that the advertiser's advertisements and collateral information do not violate any applicable local, state or federal law or regulation. In consideration of LawFirms411.Com's acceptance of such advertisements and information for publication, the advertiser and agency will jointly and severally indemnify and hold harmless LawFirms411.Com and its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, accountants, attorneys, agents, parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors and assigns from and against any and all third party claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, arising out of or related to: (i) advertiser/agency's breach of any covenants, representations and warranties made therein, (ii) LawFirms411.Com's performance under this contract, and (iii) the copying, printing, distributing, transmitting or publishing of advertiser's/agency's advertisements or collateral information by LawFirms411.Com.

10. Limitation of Liability. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL LawFirms411.Com BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, FOR LOST INCOME OR PROFITS, IN ANY WAY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS CONTRACT, EVEN IF LawFirms411.Com HAS BEEN ADVISED AS TO THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL LawFirms411.Com BE LIABLE FOR ANY DOWNTIME.
